The show wasn't bad. In fact it captured the suspense and direction of the novel giving much detail and style that was quite good. Alot of people did not like the slow pacing even though it was needed to give the words of the novel into life. The producers didn't need to apologize for anything since they tried their hardest with the limited amount of budget and abysmal amount of employees. It still became the best anime from the story and style alone. Nips have bad taste and so do you.

I got mine just before Christmas, took like a week and a half to get from one coast of the US to the other. I hate the giant case, they should've used a normal sized multi-disc one, or thin cases and had them held together in a sleeve or box. Didn't get an original key frame either, and I pre-ordered it pretty early, so that sucks.
A little disappointed that they didn't sub the OP and ED, at least in. Other than that the translation seems to be alright. All the QUALITY still seems to be in place.

Nope. I bought it through RightStuf and asked them about it and apparently they ran out before they got to my order, even though I ordered well before the original cutoff date and before the key frame was included as a bonus. So "while supplies last" really means "as much as we fee like giving out". I'd contact Ponycan directly, but I can't find an e-mail and I'm not making a Facebook or Twitter account and hope that I get the attention of someone in customer service, if they even have such a thing.
I kind of regret getting the US release instead of the Japanese, but since I have the first volume I'm getting the other two as well for the pre-order bonus storyboard.
