Since the person with the arrow has 33 days to turn it into real love it would make sense since Mirai is already in love with her.
What if there are more type of arrows? The red arrow represent Conquest, the white one represent Death, so theological it should be 2 other arrows represent Famine and War. Because as I see it, this competition may well bring forth apocalypse.
