Well yeah, the VN was already voiced by VAs that usually voice anime anyways. Rewrite's voice cast was amazing, one of my favourite Chiwa Saito roles and KitaEri did a great job too.

8-Bit will be animating it while Aniplex and Key fund and produce it. WhiteFox was not available to animate it so they chose a different studio. I'm Hoping 8-bit is giving a bigger budget than what they got for Grisaia, I'm thinking it's likely though since Key hasn't allowed a measly 1 cour budget to be done for their VN adaptations in the past.
I could see it following the Clannad example, with Moon and Terra being a separate season.

Omnibus is the only way, it's even story related why. Moon can tie it up pretty neatly, especially if they give us some foreshadowing/hints with Moon Kagari reading the lines between routes.

Studios are usually a fairly strong indicator of how the show will be made, and 8-bit doesn't have a very good history of making shows without substantial QUALITY. I can only hope that the Aniplex/Key bucks keep the budget up.

Rewrite is a big project, they are throwing around the names of the writers, the seiyuu, the fact that it's Key, etc. I'm sure they will have a good enough quality control.
I think 8-bit can do pretty well if they do get the omnibus budget, Rakuen was much better than Grisaia imo and that had a budget to go with its length. Key also sent in a bunch of staff, indicating they are invested to make this a success.

If I remember correctly in the anime she also gets friendshipped since she said she wished that she could have known love which she did in the VN and the repeat was caused because of friendship not becaue she loved Riki.
They should just animate common route and Akanes. Then go into moon with flashbacks. Then all of it leading up to a straight Terra route adaptation.
The only real way to do it without fucking up.

Grisaia were limited by the source material. The only great thing about it is the quality of fan translation, which is one of the best still. While Amane route was kind of interesting, the rest of the VN itself is below average and stuff like Michiru route is insultingly bad.
While Rewrite is not really kamige comparable to stuff like Clannad, YU-NO or Sharin no Kuni, it's far beyond the level of Grisaia. So the anime should not suffer from the source work too much. All it takes is for them to intelligently adapt it to anime format, since it doesn't naturally fit into that at all.
