Yosuga no Sora does that. Except instead of completely restarting the story every time, it rewinds back to specific points. Like "what if during that one scene MC did this instead of that."
So the story kinda progresses, but jumps backwards every couple of episodes to get onto a different girl's route.
YnS is also shit, though. Unless you like gratuitous sex and incest, which case it's great.
