I personally don't see them together happening soon, even if I would like it to be that way, but I can't deny it either, unless Kagami does in the manga.
They probably will hint it sometimes, especially in side stuff like Bloody Blade and Serapuchi, to make fans go crazy thinking about it. Same as Yuu and Mika, and Ferid liking Mika a lot too. They will tease us with it, they will never confirm it, but they will never deny it neither.
So how far is LN? Honestly, it feels like story is only beginning rather than ending.

So Kureto got no info on it, and even if he suspected or knew something he didn't know exactly what was inside Yuu.
