AmiAmi and CDJapan actually had the Fukurodani jacket listed for preorder a couple of months ago (releases in March but orders are closed now). I remember seeing a Seijou jacket on CDJapan as well, but that was something over 100USD. Apparently you can ask CDJapan to specially order things as well, but they include a service fee.

Pretty much all character arcs in this manga are about "you can't fight alone".
