Lise, Katia, and Iris all love Theo by the end. Still not much of a harem since Theo disregards everything for Iris and Iris doesn't start reciprocating until near the end.
Beatrix had Iris's (dead) brother. Theo thinks she's extremely attractive but hates her more than anybody. She's also the most evil person on the show (so chances of nonlethal penetration are nil).
Gretel is still in love with Martin. Theo doesn't much care for Gretel, and Gretel genuinely dislikes Theo (it's really easy to get her to summarily execute you in the VN), especially in the later volumes.
Sylwia loves Walther. Theo doesn't know Sylwia's backstory like a couple of the other 666 do, so he hates her.
Annette and Pham are both single, but don't seem that interested in sexual relations.

Alternative patch only came out in 2011. Total Eclipse hit just about the time that its popularity on /a/ was still marked and there were frequent ahoge window threads. Since then, some anons have left, some anons have arrived, some anons have just cooled their enthusiasm after Total Eclipse's threads turned horrendously toxic thanks to the more autistic members of the fanbase being an easy target for frodo and insisting that everyone play the VN while forgetting that firstly not everyone can tolerate the VN format and secondly not all of Muv Luv was as great as the second half of Alternative.
So enthusiasm for Schwarz isn't as high and fans aren't as rabid about shilling it out.

Will this anime be a cool military anime?
Or will it like what it was after ep2 in anime Total Eclipse?

I'd describe it as more of a hopeless military anime.
You'll get your "Soviet" defense at the very beginning, but most named character deaths won't be from BETA, but from other humans (the main antagonist is Best Girl after all).
Nobody is invincible and as far as women with reasonable breast, they run the gamut from titty monster to flat as a board.

Because it's a commonly accepted trope for tanks in a military-themed mecha show to be from the fucking stone age compared to the technology used on the mechs in the same show. Mecha are depicted as faster than tanks despite requiring complex mechanisms and engines, and have firepower almost as good despite the inconvenient design. They can also fly for some reason.
It's so common in Japanese pop writing that nobody questions it anymore. In truth if tanks were built in the same era as TSFs, they'd be fucking floating in mid-air, moving almost as fast as jets, and turning as fast as a dime. But we can't have non-humanoid combat vehicles stealing the spotlight, so better shift everything non-mecha related 50 years behind.

That concentration camp shit wouldn't be Beatrix's thing. Beatrix is basically the overt arm of the stasi, the one who's gets called in when the state needs some firepower. She occasionally arrests people (as seen in Requiem), and though the Werewolves are definitely good at spying, the majority of them, including Beatrix, were recruited from the NVA, so are soldiers first. For the most part, Beatrix's responsibility is chasing down/executing defectors/deserters, acting as a reserve rescue force for the NVA, and giving a (very pretty) face to state power. For the loyalist forces, she's actually a bit of a hero (thus mirroring Iris's position among the Rebels and also why her boss wants to martyr her because he can't just have her killed without fucking him over big).
Also, except for a line by Hannibal (who is a rebel himself) where he speculates on stasi activities, we don't really hear much about these concentration camps (though it wouldn't surprise me if it was a thing).

The enemy dont use projectile weaporny or any explosive based weaponry so why do we have tanks with Kontakt 1. Actually why do we even have the T-80B when we could have oh so many different prototype tanks which would suit more against the BETA.
