Overly complicated Stands, mishmash of characters that don't work well together, hands down has the worst villains for 2/3rds of the entire Part, almost any development happens right before the endgame, the story is all over the place, so much forced writing. So much.

I loved Jolyne as a character, her growth as a character, her coming to terms with her father through her struggles
I like the innovative ways she used a "weak" stand, the fights in general were cool like the first foo fighters one was awesome (mainly what Jolyne did at the end), planet waves was hype as shit, underworld was fucking awesome, sky high was pretty cool due to the whole fire thing, other fights like JJF were cool thanks to the balls to the wall stands, everything with weather was some of my favorite shit in jojo, etc
I liked FF, Annasui, and Hermes deserved more screentime, Weather and Pucci's backstory was goddamned amazing and hit really close to home, their dichotomy was great, everything about Pucci was fucking amazing and C-moon till the end is my favorite finale in the entire series, good God
Also, Emporio's gambit at the end had me stand up and cheer, the entire thing was just so emotionally draining, and that last part was just YES, YEAHHH
Basically, most of what >>135190208 said covered it. Some fights were shit (Goo Goo Dolls, Marilyn Manson, Feng Shui plankton, Yo-yo Ma) but there were a lot that were just great (stuff like plankton vs. Pucci, and the aforementioned stuff), enough so that I have mostly positive recognition of most of them.
It's not perfect, but it's definitely one of my favorite parts.

Honestly, my main problem probably just stems from mainly the fights and villains. All the other points I made I would probably forgive, but when something rubs you the wrong way you're more likely to give it shit for things you would otherwise look past.
But yeah, I guess it's just me that disliked about 80% of the fights. One of the only one's I actually liked was Marilyn Manson though, so maybe I'M actually the idiot. Who knows.

None of the other villains really set out to kill the main character as one of their goals, and as such, nobody set out to kill the main villain because their life was directly on the line. Dio waited for Jonathan to come to him, the pillarmen saw Joseph as more of a pest, DIO waited for Jotaro to come to him, and Kira wanted nothing to do with anybody. Diavolo might be the closest comparison, but he's still not on Pucci's level. He somewhat ignored Buccialati and crew until they found out his identity, but even then it was just "Huh, why's the boss here? What's he planning? What does he look like and what does his Stand do?".
From the get-go, Pucci told you that he wanted the Joestars dead. It was a part of his grand scheme. If he didn't kill them along the way to his goal of power, you knew he was going to kill them after he got it. Because of this, you knew that every time Pucci appeared, he had full intent to kill and that nobody was safe, so your reaction to Pucci is always "Holy fuck, shit is about to go down".

Stands are the most brilliant execution of the 'superpowers' concept ever, and I like the SC cast, but a lot of the fights are weak.
Honestly my favorite fights in SC were both of the Boingo fights, shit was hilarious every time.

It helps that Pucci is insanely well written and just has an immense presence anytime he's in a panel. His dialogue with the sub-villains is amazing and you really see why they follow him, even if only temporarily.
It's a shame Part 6 is so sloppy when it comes to everything BUT Pucci.
