I wish FFXIV had more staying power, I lost interest because gear progression was too vertical. On that note, when will we ever get a Fantasy character that fights like a Dragoon? I want to see some high jumps.

I'm working on omni-crafting at the moment (fuck gatherer scrips though) and I still have a bunch of stuff I haven't touched since I started in March so it keeps me active at least, more so since I'm trying to get the money to buy my own land once people start grinching vacant houses.
Haven't looked over the live letter recap yet, but the 3.0 relic has been a hot mess so far with that awful jump from 200 to 210. At least I have a decent weapon with only slightly different stats from the Eso weapon I was already using for my PLD. The particle effect is cool though.

All that stuff means little to me though, I liked how FFXI did things with gear-swapping and all sorts of different item effects since it kept content relevant. Part of why I liked LH is because it was based on an older-style MMO that was meant to be more of a world than a game.
