Nearly everything he says doesn't make sense, his insane obsessive ramblings over the same thing over and over again make him look like an autist, to the point that he's almost a comical character.

I guess this is more of an /x/ territory but I think Araki prepositionally kept stand's description relatively vague so that it would match many descriptions of supernatural entities like demons,souls,spirits,determination itself even.

You've gotta think for Jojo on this, guys. It won't be water that defeats Anon and his Karma Chameleon, it'll be air. Instead of getting water to flow across the field of battle, you'd just have to somehow generate wind, be it stand manifested like Weather Report or just a big ass fan.
In order for Anon to maintain is invincibility, he has to keep the Stand active. But as long as it's active, the air will "miss" him as it flies by.
At some point, Anon is going to have to take a breath, and the moment he deactivates Karma Chameleon in order to do so it's just a matter of a few ORAs.
Shit stand once the opponent knows what it does and what the mechanics are, which is to say that it's fairly OP unless you're fighting Giorno.

Pucci's motivations are pretty clear and understandable. From his perspective, by trying to interfere with his sister and brother's potential incest that neither was aware of and which he couldn't tell them about because he heard them in a confession; but by interfering, he made things worse and his sister ended up committing suicide. Excellent rendition of SC. Has an insane amount of detail both in regards to paying homage to the part, and the series as a whole, as well as the additional parts that involve your character.
The modifications made to the story due to the existence of the 7th Crusader are done in a way that compliments the story, rather than just makes it all about your snowflake OC, and your character's 'sidestory' is handled quite well for the most part.
The selection of stands available is really cool, and being able to use them outside of combat for unique events, and even sometimes outright skipping the original fights is awesome.
Only real qualm is that the combat can be a bit weirdly balanced at time, and random encounters are kinda annoying.

Also some stands have weird balance. Miracles is absolute garbage whose debuffs, which are supposed to be its pillar of support, rarely work on higher-level enemies, while on my second playthrough when I picked Specials my character remained a very active and useful contribution to combat until the moment I got the hotel moves, at which point it also became a huge damage dealer that rekt all the Anubis fights without breaking a sweat.

Supposedly I used to see some sort of baby on the ceiling when I was little and start crying out of fear. My mother identified it with my grandma's first child, which miscarried. It was pretty odd for it to be on the ceiling, I kinda wish I could remember it more clearly.
Then years later, I was sleeping and when I woke up, I looked to the window and saw this huge, dark figure just standing there. I freaked out and hid under the covers. But when I uncover myself there's nothing there.

When he tries to get back to power he has to send other's to do the dirty work because he himself is too weak to do so. The only person he trusted also majorly messed up his plan to attain heaven and in the end, Dio is still the biggest loser and while the Joestars suffered a lot of losses they're still there.
