All of Nami's moves need setup and Robin's power is straight up boring and doesn't lend itself well to combos. You either make them extremely OoC and buff their powers or make them uninteresting, and the fact that they weren't confirmed yet only makes me think that the devs are still brainstorming ways to implement them.

He uses his rubber legs to artificially dope himself by pumping his blood faster and faster. It theoretically makes sense, but with a few main issues:
1. This would severely damage all his blood vessels and heart. Though I suppose they are made of rubber as well, which would mean they are resistant to it. Even so, he should be bursting all his capillaries almost immediately.
2. He'd need to similarly overexert his lungs to achieve the same effect. Luffy should be hyperventilating throughout G2. I rubber diaphragm might help, but there's a limit to how quickly you have to exhale - no matter the volume of your lungs. To achieve his best effect, Luffy should be ballooning out at least somewhat with each breath.
3. Luffy would have to continue pumping his leg to maintain the effect. His heart will never be able to keep up with the new speed, so Luffy will begin losing his speed and strength gain immediately after he stops pumping. If he wanted to use G2 for a fight, he'd have to stop and pump his leg every few seconds to retain the boost.
4. The extra speed and strength wouldn't be so massive. Really you're just pushing your body to its absolute limit. Like an adrenaline boost, it'll help you out, but not to the massive extent that we saw it help Luffy. In fact, if he pumped he blood to quickly he simply wouldn't be able to distribute oxygen well and actually hinder his fighting ability (not to mention kill himself with a massive brain hemorrhage).

If anyone's going to fall into the scardy-cat trio it would be Chopper. Sure you have to be pretty strong to travel the Grand Line/New World in case you meet up with trouble, but if you avoid all unnecessary fights against Emperors and Warlords you don't to be strong.
