So I've got a question that's mainly for the LNfags. We all know that Rias was betrothed to Raiser and that it was to maintain "pure" devils.

The elders or whomever were more concerned about purity in their lineage than about individual traits. Besides, it's better to keep breeding and hope the phoenix trait emerges in the next generation, than to not breed at all and have it die off in 10,000 years.
The reason Ravel was sent to Rias by her mother is twofold. One; as compensation for the annulment of Risers engagement (high society devils can only be entertained by soap-opera style drama apparently). And two; to breed with the dragon, a child with either trait will be beneficial, a child with both would be ideal.

Although it's continuously supported in cannon, this never made a great deal of sense to me. At the point we are at in the anime Issei is just a sacred gear user with no better odds than any other person that offspring will have a sacred gear. At this point I can't see any particular benefit in terms of genetics, for the girls to choose Issei.
Yet we see Xenovia and Kuroka wanting him for his dragon traits explicitly. Kuroka even approached Vali first for the same reason. For me I don't see the genetic logic.
Later on stuff changes of course. But the lion's share of the harem is giddily onboard for dragon dick before that happens.

and all of them are "hard working", hell if we go by their lives before the series Asia had one of the easiest ones up until Diodora fucked it up for her, she was a fucking saint, pampered and taken cared of by the church, im sure there were some downsides but compared to the rest of the girls with the exception of Rias and Ravel they all had a hard time.
The issue with Asia is that she is a jack of all trades and a master of none, in all aspects including looks, she is the middle of the road which is why people usually look pass her and see heras being bland compared to the others.
Basically she is a 7/10 trapped in a series full of 10/10s.

Asia was not just a "nun", she was straight up considered a living saint, she never had to cook because the church fed her, she never had to work because the church provided everything she needed and all she had to do was sit down in a chair heal some people and pray.
The novels show that she has a lot of problems actually finishing contracts and Issei has to step in all the time and use his free time to bail her ass out so she can actually get the points from said contracts, the whole thing gets so bad that Rias her self has to call Issei out on it.
Was she as well off as Rias or Ravel? nah i would not even try to say that, but she was way better off than Xenovia, Irina, Koneko, and Akeno (at least early on for the last two).
