Why is Kyoko so underrated? She is probably stronger than non devil Homura.
Kyoko is baka enough to like Sayak
She held back against Sayaka that wasn't her full power. She could probably go 1v1 with Any of the girls in her prime form.
Also homura could have gotten bested by even Sayaka at one point.

Well I think the strongest characters non god mode of course would be Mami and Kyoko. The difference is Mami gets praise and Kyoko doesn't.
Kyouko is doomed to be a side character and an accessory to Sayaka.

Mami had already demonstrated the ability to kill one of the others, and she was about to kill Madoka's closest friend Homura. It was the only way to stop her, you can see Mami just barely miss Homura too. Madoka still broke down crying immediately after though.

You can see Mami fire though, the only reason she didn't get the shot was because Madoka specifically shot Mami's soul gem. So Mami wobbled just as she fired. Anything but shooting Mami's soul gem would have likely meant Homura being killed.
