He also has the Chicharra Paralizadora, when aimed at a person, one honk can freeze them in time and two honks can unfreeze them.
He's not anywhere near broken though, two of his most prominent enemies are a mobster and an outlaw cowboy and he has trouble dealing with them. Just a gag character.
