They go one talking, and Alibaba teases her with how she was bad at making those flower crowns until the end (she angrily replies it’s not the case, as she practiced and became good!). All this reminiscing also makes Kougyoku relax…
… however, her face changes completely to a weird, empty smile when Alibaba asks about the whereabouts of Aladdin and the others. She says she doesn’t know.
I don’t completely understand the next part, but I think Alibaba says that he didn’t come here just for that, but that he was also worried about her.
In the images, Kougyoku begins crying, saying how she hates Sinbad, how he used her with Zepar, and how as a result she ended up hurting everyone. I think Alibaba either looks sorry for not telling her he knew, or does indeed tell her.

They can't really be countered at all though, besides by brainfucking Aladdin before he does it. The dimension magic is the ultimate magic made by Ugo and implemented by Solomon, there is literally nothing anyone can do to someone who's mastered it.
Nobody in the magi world is smart enough to understand it, let alone combat it.

Before getting this magi, Aladdin wasn't even a top-tier magi. Mu kicked his ass all over the place, for instance. This magic gives him an advantage, sure, but it doesn't make him the most powerful character, by far.

Like I said, Aladdin's philosophy is what makes him "weak", he needs to defeat people without killing them, which is why he can't/couldn't beat Sinbad, who's an uncle to him. Because he won't/can't kill him.
He got really depressed and existential just doing it to Jafar who was arguably his biggest antagonist throughout the series. Their entire battle was just Aladdin gauging whether Judar was capable of "being saved"
Also Aladdin has been troubled over what his purpose is after Ill Ilah has been dealt with, so he was conflicted whether or not to interfere with Sinbad's "world peace", and what gives him the right to decide the border between good and evil. He's already acknowledged the black rukh's right to exist.
Aladdin's struggle isn't battling against stronger and stronger opponents anymore (like Alibaba), his struggle is how to use his immense knowledge and power so that the world doesn't meet the same fate of Alma Torran.

Yeah, I think it would've been fine if she'd just let Baba's feelings develop naturally, instead of trying to cram them in before his engagement to Kougyoku. He said himself he never really thought about romance before, but suddenly he became so desperate for a girlfriend he was willing to date someone the author JUST said he thought of as a sister. It all just seems really shallow on his part, to the point where I don't even want to see him succeed.
