Dude, have you seen those manga? They'll never get animated again but unless JUMP gets two good enough replacements they've basically been locked into safe zones. Especially now that they are losing Nisekoi and Gintama next year, those were money makers for them. In fact, this is likely why they are pushing Boruto so hard, so they can keep the Naruto fanbase around still. I suspect they'll start pushing World Trigger, Ass Class, Shokugeki no Soma and Hero Academy a lot more starting next year as well.

Sorachi just has a knack for handling/translating a lot more varied and complex social topics in straight forward ways while also being pretty unoffensive.
Gintama is oddly balanced like that.
Take females in Gintama, Kagura is written extremely well as a 12 year old girl who occasionally has good "mature" moments but then also has dumb moments of trying to be what she thinks is "sexy" but in reality just looking ridiculous, it's very true to life to what a kid that age would do.
Then you have most women in Gintama, sometimes some of them are sexualized but only when it makes sense to "that" character, Otae is pretty much never sexualized to any degree because that's not who she is as a woman.
Then you look at things like the tranvestite hostess bar and yeah Gintama pokes fun at them and it's okay because you get little heart warming stories with two guys hooking up, or people standing up for their right to live however they want, Gintama ultimately always says "Hey, this is totally okay"
Simply, Gintama is very good at not walking on egg shells in regards to things that people get passionate about easily for or against, it makes fun of things while also respecting those same things.
That's what I love.

I'm not sure about that. I have no doubt the quality of his next manga will be at the same level as Gintama. The fact that Gintama will most likely have more chapters is the only thing I feel will put it ahead. That and the fact that we've spent years with the existing characters so there's more of an attachment.
My opinion of Sorachi is probably just really high though.
I hope his next manga is about cute girls doing cute things

I think he could top it. Bankara-san ga Tooru was amazing and it was only a oneshot. I would also love to see a whole series based on Dandelion.
