We did not actually see any of the fighting in detail. Who knows what kind of tactics the Minks used in hope to make Jack depelte his stamina.
How does this chapter show Jack's strength at all? He's fought them to a standstill for 5 days, and on any one day only half of Momoko is fighting and Jack still can't win, and he has reinforcements coming in every day.
Using CC's gas weapon isn't strength, anyone with money can to buy it can use it.
All this chapter showed is that Jack's strength is equivalent to Inuarashi and Mekomamushi, which doesn't say anything because we don't know how strong those two are.
at most you can say that the dog and can't are strong because they fought on par with a yonkou's right hand, but you can't say the same about jack because that would just be circular

So Minks that actually focus on fighter are at least stronger/more capable than a giant stone man that was a top executive of a Shichibukai.

When we first see Inuarashi after fighting Jack in his mammoth form he was already wheezing like hell while Jack was still completely unharmed fit. This means if Inu had not switched with Neko to replenish his stamina, Jack would have won against him. If you consider that the 12 hour shifts were the saving grace for them. Still doesn't mean Jack rekt them prior to using the gas. After huge fights Luffy needs at least a few days or weeks to rest up to get back to full strength. Sure Dog and Cat got to rest up, but they weren't at full strength going in either. I'm just saying Dog and Cat didn't get rekt by Jack, they were able to hold their own for a good 12 hours. And they probably could've gone longer without resting. The fact that Jack couldn't immediately reck them, means they're equal in strength at least, though they may differ in stamina.

Inurashi still came in after Jack turned human form and versed him at least 4 more times for 12 hours straight. Again, I'm not doubting Jack's stamina and the fact that he could tank. But holding your own for 12 hours straight, means strength and fighting prowess-wise, they are somewhat equal.
It's like how Akainu and Kuzan went toe-to-toe for 10 days, before one gave out eventually, instead of an instakill like Kuzan vs Luffy pre-ts that clearly showed who was stronger. Yeah, 12 hours is a lot shorter but it still means they were fighting equally for a long period of time without either of them getting reck since Inurashi looked fine too before he was about to switch save for him huffing. And again, we really don't know how long the fight would've gone for if they fought longer. Just because you're out of breath while making a speech right after fighting for hours, doesn't really prove anything.

The dog was wheezing and tired after fighting the mammoth alone on the first day, and Jack human looks to have around similar power. I would put Lucci's human form slightly over his full Leopard because of the martial arts he can use.
Jack was under no danger and had no reason to transform to hybrid and multiply his physical power like Lucci's transformation. I doubt a cloud of gas would be all it takes to end Doflamingo when he can instantly climb past Oars Jr's height into the sky and run to another island like Punk Hazard by himself. Standard Shonen rules, the bad guy (Jack) doesn't go all out until the very end of the final battle. That will probably when he reveals his Awakened Zoan form. Akainu, Kizaru, Aokiji, and Marco, etc. all held back from awakening in Marineford because of this shonen trope.
