Windowed Capture will only catch a window on your screen that you're watching GF in, Monitor capture captures anything, even if you alt+tab for a second to answer a steam message.
When you select windowed capture, it will probably ask to specify a 'window' to capture stuff in. As in a drag window that you select on your screen that it will start capturing.

I mean, check and see if Netflix works and if it isn't a browser problem.
Note: you CAN capture shit from netflix. Netflix isn't detecting Obs running on your computer because the plugin it uses is inside the browser's sandbox.
You just need to figure out what setting you have off. If you want to find out: try streaming a Precure episode in avi/mkv format and see if the problem exists there. Narrow the problem down.

No, you look more closely. There are main differences between Sunny and March with the other three. Their buttcapes are soft and frilly, while the others are rigid. The other three have petticoats under their skirts while Sunny/March don't. They have other random shared differences like how they only have one head wing instead of two on the others, or how they don't have puffy shoulders. It's just weird to have two different sets of outfits. What, because they are the sporty of the bunch they get a different design? That's all I got.

Compared to the old 'made for kids' dubs the voice acting was decent (I love Laura Bailey) and admittedly some of the dialogue changes made me chuckle Shame about pretty much everything else. Smile is one of the most fun seasons but I just got so bored watching Glitter Force.
Seriously, why did the show even need dumbing down? There's already enough foreshadowing as it is. Plus while I was never expecting it to be as good as Yasuhara's score, the music is just terrible.
What's all the more confusing is that this is the same dubbing studio that's doing the new uncut Sailor Moon dub. So basically the same people in charge of fixing the mistakes that a shitty made for kids dub from the 90s made are the ones in charge of repeating those exact same mistakes in the 2015.
Beauty/Breeze even has the same VA as Sailor Mercury.

Pretty much.For some reason I've never understood American TV producers have zero tolerance for silence. A lot of the humor was ruined because "Emily" never shuts up.
There's also get the attitude that children are mentally handicapped and have to be spoon-fed everything. This is an simple plot to begin with, yet they still were compelled to flash-forward and reiterate it constantly lest any of the kiddies not be able to follow. I think the writers understood this and gave the bad guy the lines "I'm bored" and "you talk too much" as a way to vent their frustration.
Honestly, I was expecting more changes than what they did. The edits were mostly for time and to introduce the gadgets sooner to make this even more of a toy advertisement than it already is. Which is confusing for how arbitrary the things that were changed. Why "Lucky"? What was wrong with "Happy"?

There's no 'assuming'. It says so in the credits.
It's weird because Yo-Kai Watch is being dubbed at a non anime place and aside from Johnny Yong Bosch no one else in the dub is an anime voice actor. Yet on the whole it feels WAY more faithful to the original. The music is the same, the OP and ED are translated into English and the script still follows the Japanese fairly well even if it is quite loose in its direction. In terms of edits, only minor changes are made.
Glitter Force is just completely off the wall. It's edited within an inch of its life and the script is only vaguely similar to the original. This is in spite of the fact that the voice actors are mostly experience anime VAs and this is the same studio that's been doing uncut dubs for years.
