Anyone can edit so it's not really something praised. Not to mention that depending on the raws you have to do extensive cleaning, lot of redraw, typesetting with more than 4 fonts because of handwriting and such.
Most of editors doing h-works only are shit anyway, it would be faster and easier for translators to get PS and learn how to edit.
