The 10 km daily is the hardest part, but it's doable. Make sure you're keeping a good form, wear comfortable shoes, and pace your speed. It's not quite sprinting, but not quite jogging, somewhere in between. If you're having difficulty keeping a constant run, try alternating between running for 1 minute, jogging for 2 until the 10k is done. Then slowly start increasing the time you run before each jog break.

Because I loathe running, and in the past when I tried to add running to a basic weekly workout I would always worm my way out of it and then the rest would soon follow.

Instead I do pushups, situps, squats, hammer and regular curls, and in the next week hoping to add pullups to the list. I'm not looking to be Saitama, but I would like to be in better shape than I am. The whole doing it every day thing is what keeps me on it.

He went from doing no exercise to doing a lot instantly every day (going from no running to running 6 miles a day would be really hard/bad for your body). He would also be extremely sore. Add on to that the fact that he did it every day without rest which would lead to over-training. If neither of those things stopped him, he would have plateau way before 3 years to the point where those things became too easy for his body and he wouldn't get any benefit from them.

But this is anime and I actually really enjoy this one so its gucci.
