It looks like one Roach Leader started to respect humans. Or at least Liu and maybe Sylvester.

When the roaches took Annex I, they saw/sent/received a message that said 『WE ARE THE COSMOS』. The Roach Leader probably knew that the ship was about to arrive and thus concluded that there was no need to keep attacking. That's extremely bad news for everyone on or nears Mars right now.
I think we might get a third group that's sympathetic to the roaches, a group of humans that have been stung by the Emerald Cockroach Wasp, or maybe just some good ol' astronaut Johjs.

I don't think it'll be too bad for everyone on Mars, except for Sylvester. The Chinese will likely escape, bringing Liu's body and Komachi with them. Sylvester will likely make a last stand to hold them off while they escape. Maybe Berk or Jet will die, but I don't see anyone else kicking the bucket.

I don't see why not, especially since Kai's ship is armed to the fucking teeth with guns and explosives. Not to mention he has a small army of Johj's on the ground. But still, that ship is definitely bad news. Although I'd be surprised if Xi, Hong, or Komachi die.

I mean, it slowly seems to be dawning on the roaches that humans are actually intelligent and the whole reason they are so violent, is that huge things are breaking into their home, kidnapping their friends and family and killing their men/women.
