Studio Pierrot is literally just the worst you can sell your manga to.
Taking Naruto for example, they are fucking milking that shit hard. There´s the obvious 100 episode filler streaks but there´s been fillers for months now despite the manga having already ended. Not really attempting to shift the conversation to this or anything, but you can blame the awful filler arcs on Pierrot. Anything they touch turns shit

Probably because Pierrot might habe intended to actually allude to events from fillers as the series went in but due to Hueco Mundo taking forever they couldn't do that. Having that manifestation of Kariya during mock ichigo's wussy approach during the Visored trial made sense i guess
