It's been so long now that I can't even remember why, but Love Hina Again was a travesty at the time. This coming off the back of Love Hina itself.
Tokyo Underground gets a mention too for being so bland, it literally drove me to alcoholism.

Probably Chrome Shelled Regios. Good cast, mediocre plot although I did really like the whole "consequences of an overpowered MC" thing, ended with 0 resolution at all and later I found out the LNs aren't good either. I guess maybe it isn't the worst quality EVER, but man it was disappointing.
