I believe it aired around 11pm on Cartoon Network the only scene i remember from it is when a diner waitress (who is also a serv-bot kinda thing) spills a drink on a customers lap. The customer is a douchebag and (knowing the robot can't refuse) orders her to lick the stain clean. Later on the show cuts to a scene of the same robot lady licking stains in pants obsessively in a closet, this kind of behaviour is a prelude to these types of robots mutating and going berserk (which she does, her most monstrous feature is her massive prehensile tongue).
