Quite the opposite he tought his waifu didn't love him enough so he went evil teenage edgelord.
In the end waifu went Nanoha on him and beat his so fucking hard he realized love is stronk.

What was wrong with 2nd season?
First season was nice
Second season started adding dumb stuff, but was still fun
