No, when Kyousuke rejects her she had already dumped him, because she had noticed Kirino was jealous. When the tears part comes they were no longer together.
This gives me the chance to say that, even though everyone hates on Kirino, Kuroneko hurt Kyousuke way more than Kirino ever did:
It was definitely a selfless act on Ruri's side to end the relationship so that her (best) friend could come to terms with her feelings;
on the other hand, abruptly breaking up with Kyousuke, moving away without telling him, and not giving him any explanation whatsoever, let alone discussing the matter with him beforehand (he would have probably agreed) was the worst thing she could to him. Eventually she only explained her "plan" when was pressed by Kirino
Kirino may have abused him physically and verbally, but the point where Kyousuke was at his lowest was when he got dumped. And when he did, Kirino was there for him, being just as selfless as Kuroneko had been.
Last note: I don't hate Kuroneko. I prefer Kirino, but if she had won it would have been fine to me. I guess I'm just not being delusional.
