If the Cherry Blossom Guardian is not a level 100 NPC, it is probably safe to assume that she is much like Guren, a Area Guardian on the 7th floor - meaning that her surrounding environment works to her advantage, giving her the power equivalent to a Level 100 NPC

One has immunity to insta death spells and the other is a god, while TGoaLiD is supposed to muscle through anything and kill regardless so it turns out a paradox.
However TGoaLiD has a 12 seconds startup and both of the can destroy Ainz in that timeframe.

No, it cannot. TGOALID cannot be countered because it acts as a self-buff for your next instakill spell. It works on whatever spell you use next - he used Widened Wail of the Banshee because it would kill the summons and Einhrjar along with Shalltear, Momento Mori is a single-target attack. If he dies in 12 seconds he still loses.

Ainz can't win against Shiro or D because they exist outside the system at this point, they're straddling the line on metaexistences. I think its because from every scene they are in you immediately understand what their character is and their personality via the actions/lines whenever they show up.
In the original japanese you're supposed to know who's talking by inflection so I guess it held up via translation to english that each character is distinct when they are talking so you never get blandness.
