Every time that happens he generally did something to deserve it. She doesn't just attack him out of the blue or a mood swing like Louise (or any tsundere that came after her).
Because everyone is too happy that the sickly Yuzuha had such a genki child. Plus her violent outbursts aren't particularly frequent or bad compared to the standard tsundere.
