The Image is from the opening of Index season II, there is no anime for A Certain Scientific Accelerator yet. Accelerator appears mainly in Index, but an expanded version of his introductory arc takes up most of the second season of Railgun. Index is the main series while Railgun and Accelerator are spin offs. The best way to watch it is release order which is Index I -> Railgun I -> Index II -> Railgun S. Railgun and Accel are based on Manga while Index is based on a Light Novel.

Order is Index -> Railgun -> Index II -> Railgun S
Railgun S is the highlight, Index is alright, Index 2 is shit besides the last half, and Railgun is OK if you can endure the nagai SoL.
The source material for index literally gets good where the anime ends, which is why people are clamoring for index 3 daily.

Not really, the story for the most part isn't about power levels or getting stronger but most of the characters have xmen/super hero style powers that are explained by messing with physics.
