Actually, I've just noticed a interesting theme that happens constantly with Mount Lady:
Her entire Hero career is centred around her Quirk. Specifically JUST her Quirk. I mean, she can't get into the action in Issue 1 because her Quirk doesn't let her operate in narrow streets. All the 4koma jokes are about how impraticall her quirk really is in a city.
She doesn't bother to improve herself like how Gravity learned CQC, or give encouragement to people with size-changing powers like herself, or even just go get approval to help construct or demolish buildings for the city to save them money. she just solves all her problems by using her quirk, over an dover and over, untill the problem goes away or is fixed.
