5 years ago I wen on a romance anime spring to soothe my depression after failing my college entrance exam.
After watching Toradora I watched this piece of art.
It remains my favorite romantic seres ever along with Amagami.
I'd even dare to say the drama in Kimikiss is heavier than in Toradora, but the romance is glorious and character development is done.
So I'd recommend Kimikiss wholeheartedly.
And after watching Kimikiss you should move to Amagami.
You should be able to finish Kimikiss and reach Amagami right before Christmas Eve (the best time of the year for wwatching Amagami).
