Episode 3 was the swim suit episode right? That one was the shittiest and almost made me drop the entire thing. Excessive fan service its fine when you have something else going for the show, but at that time Pleiades didn't and the flow of that particular episode was all over the place. I will say at the very end of the episode things start to pick up and its pretty much all uphill from there, but man comparatively it felt like a really bad episode.
The last episode and the faster than light travel episodes were my favorites

I thought episode 4 was the first really good episode of the series and that it and most of the ones after could easily be contenders for best episode. Definitely not the first three, though.

It was the reason I stuck with the show. Swimsuits in space was great. Not the best, but still great.

Episode 4 was the peak of the series for me, but I agree that most of the other episodes after it were also pretty good, another great one being Nanako's.
The song played during episode 4 by Hikaru's parents while she was out in space was perfect though. Really made the episode for me.
The rest of the soundtrack is also pretty great. If anyone hasn't listened to it, get on that.

I'm into nice and peaceful piano songs, so I enjoyed a lot of it. Still, I think people should give it a listen if they haven't already.

Man, this show was fucked up in a good way.
I remember I was recommended this series if I wanted a more recent Magicial Girl Show with no Yuribait.I really should watch it.
