i heard good things, and this would be the first lolicon show I actually watch.
Anime is mediocre. If you don't want it for animated lewd you are better off reading the manga which would take less time.

For all the "lewd" people talk about the show seemed to focus more on a surrogate father/daughter relationship between the protag and the girl. The lewd mostly existed for comedy and drama rather than titillation.
Also the girl's foster father/older brother or whatever seems to be trying to raise her to be his wife as a replacement for her deceased mother, which is pretty fucked up and disturbs the protag.
I only watched the first few episodes though so I dunno how things ultimately turn out.

In the manga Aoki legitimately falls in love with her to the point he spurns the advances of the big titty teacher who loves him.
He decides he's never going to actually act on his feelings because it would be wrong (even though it tears him up inside), but then due to the obscenity laws passed banning this sort of stuff in Tokyo the mangaka got the WRAP IT UP signal and rushed it to an insanely awful ending.
He doesn't touch her, she graduates, and when she finally becomes of age he meets her again. Kuro and Usa both grew up, Rin is still damn near like she was in 6th grade.
