Well there is a reason, why the Soul King's lost have been dispersed in all directions. Since Quincy come from Yhwach and Yhwach is the son of the Soul King, Quincy are more "godly", at least from the perspective of the Shinigami. Aizen also resembled the Soul King, when he became transcendent and "godly". And Lille was similiar to Aizen. Though it would be accurate to call this sword an "Anti Soul King weapon".

Giselle is based on a bokor. Vodoo magician who serve the spirits with both hands. The right "male" hand allows them to use light magic and heal people. The most common drugs used, are again the toxin of the puffer fish and that of the angel's trumpet. Sometimes these drugs are combined with bodily fluids like blood or semen. These drugs put the person in a dreamlike state and/or state of confusion, where they, while alive can't control what they do or say, like being mind-controlled. On one hand there is some amazing shit, decent research, great design. But there's also the shit pacing, padded character roster where many just go nowhere. A Zanpakuto is an individuals ideal self, while their Bankai is their true self, according to a few threads ago.
Example is Soi Fung being the ideal assassin gave her a sure hit kill shikai, but her bankai is her loud, obnoxious, bratty self since it's a fucking bazooka.
Another example is Toshiro since his shikai is more coordinated and controlled, showing how he wants to be in control of the situation, but his bankai if let loose harms everyone around him, which is representative of his young age and of how naive he is.
