But there are many moments she could have been useful.
Extend the scene negotiating for money to something where she actually has to negotiate and maybe even use quick thinking and wit. Have there be trouble at the airport/getting the ship where she has to deal with the higher ups. Have her be the one who talks with Fellini and is able to strike a deal with him instead of an adult being silly completely changes his mind.
It's a story, they could very easily make moments for her to be useful.

I find the character aspect the most disappointing given that the main reason why anyone was giving this the time of day was to see how crazy Okada could get but its been incredibly boring thus far and despite the drama being the focus none of the characters are really that compelling. Animation and choreography not sure how anyone who likes it can say the show looks good but hey at least we have Thunderbolt to look forward to for good battles and animation.
