Ikuhara is a worthless retard that keeps trying to replicate imagery and themes from Utena and fails with both Penguindrum and Yuri Kuma Arashi.
It is my favorite anime, I plan to watch it again around Christmas.

If it weren't for the ending the show would have been an interesting but not particularly amazing 8/10.

I wish Ikuhara became a film director after AoU. Adolescence of Utena was absolutely gorgeous. He could have become the next Oshii but lost his chance.
