Minus and Not Equal are still my favorite shounen arcs. Soul Society was damn good though. Tons of cool characters, good bad guy, neat twist, etc.

I dropped Bleach after Soul Society arc ended and the anime getting to Bount arc and didn't know about Ulquiorra and Grimmjow co. I think I read and watched a bit when Orihime was leaving Ichigo, though.
