There's nothing wrong with the arm proportions, and regarding the tits you can see that by the way she's leaning back, they're being pulled (by gravity) in opposite directions toward the pits. The left breast is rolling into the armpit, which we're look almost directly up at.

I feel as if tho the author is hinting through symbolism that Shingo is Hana's Otp. Now before we begin I want to talk about 4 leaf clover and what they represent to Hana. Gakuto explained it earlier in begining chapters but the 4 leaf clover represents Hope, sincerity, Luck, and lastly but most importantly LOVE!
The author has show time and time again, that he likes to use certain objects/visuals as symbolism Pbr, Medusa, kissing, eating, sweat etc, the clover is no different.
if you have a good eye then you might have notice shingo has Always been the boy who was able to collect a 4 leaf clover for Hana. This also includes the time where kiyoshi and Hana had to find a 4 leaf clover for the scavenger hunt , you would think it would either be Kiyoshi or Hana that obtain this seeminly unimportant plant. But the author purposefully has Shingo once again be the boy that finds a four leaf clover for Hana.
I've also noticed that both of them are a bit sexually aggresive, if you take in chapters 196 and 197 shingo gave off the impression that he was gonna rape/molest Anzu. Hana has also displayed that behavior with kiyoshi in the bathroom when he first peed on her and other numerous times.
Now of course this theory is not full proof by any means, but I want you to keep your eye out if shingo continues to collect 4 leaf clovers for Hana. With this thread dying Im kinda to rushing a bit and Im forgetting about other hints that support shingo x Hana and it may not be in a thoughtful , concise manner. But now Im planning on writing down my reasons before hand so I can easily copy and paste the information down.
