Eh, it was good, but the amount of teamwork was really only at the end, everything else was Chopper and Usopp doing individual tactics.
As obvious as it is, Oars will always be my favorite team work moment, it's just full of so much wonderful teamwork and tactical work that it's hard to beat. First the whole crew minus Luffy vs Oars, then the whole crew minus Luffy vs Oars and Moria, then the whole crew vs Oars, multiple stages, each changing the fight up, but still focused heavily on the crew working off each other to take down this insurmountable enemy, it's just so great

It had the return of many great characters like Buggy and Crocdile. Magellan was probably the biggest threat to that date and it felt like he could come out of anywhere and kill everyone whenever. The pressure to save Ace, Luffy literally dying, everyone trying to help Luffy and collectively escape from Magellan, Blackbeard storming in and everything else made it a great arc.

I was actually extremely hype when Dressrosa first started and i thought it was going to end up as one of the best arcs but the constant dragging on and entire chapters in which nothing happened gradually made me lose my interest. No to mention the fact that the Riku family subplot was completely boring and felt like a shittier version of what happened in Arabasta.
The fight with Doflamingo also felt underwhelming considering he's been build up ever since Jaya.

I didn't find it underwhelming at all. It was a pretty even fight that included Law getting some revenge in. Sure, to many the arc felt like a drag because no-one here has even had to read an arc longer than 60 chapters weekly, but we got 101 chapters weekly with constant break due to Oda's health; it can't be helped. I've read Dressrosa twice now and I still can't see why anyone complains about dragging or anything when it has a full on and fast pace for the shear amount of content covered.

No, you see every single arc had chapters where barely anything big or significant happened, when you read in a batch you go through them and continue the story without realising it was a whole chapter and people had to wait another week for the next one, but once you catch up and start waiting like everybody else you bump into them and can't do anything but wait for the next chapter. I've been keeping up with the manga since Impel Down but Dressrosa was the first time I felt like things were being dragged out unnecessarily. I'm quite enjoying it in the anime though. I didn't like the focus on the side characters when first reading through it, but you understand it more in hindsight when you know they become part of the Straw Hat fleet.
