Have you fucking noticed that it's almost exactly five minutes in to every episode that something "new" happens?
First it's the intro, then the recap, then they replay some footage from the last episode for a while and *then* they start the episode. Seriously, skip five minutes ahead, see if i'm fucking joking.
That means they're only going at a rate of a few fucking pages per episode, and the episodes are only 15 minutes long.
I'm sure you can see it, the quality of animation has dropped drastically and they're reusing whole scenes like it's the fucking dark tournament arc and nobody wants to draw a few extra frames of crowd reactions.
And the pauses, the needless fucking pauses for several seconds at a time between sentences and pointless screaming reactions to fill more airtime, what's the point?

I honestly don't blame them for being lazy with the animation. I'm sure the animators are working overtime due to it being One Piece so that means they have to absolutely work like hell in order to complete the episodes in time, which means they have to half-ass it to complete the dead lines. They should drop the 1 chapter = 1 episode schedule. When Oda was working like crazy it would make sense to keep it that way, but now that Oda is taking more breaks keeping that schedule will only screw with the anime, since we'll get episodes that loop scenes forever and we still will get filler episodes after it.

Opinions. I love the Bon Voyage, Kokoro no Chizu and Brand New world the most (4th, 5th and 6th). After that, it sounds like they dont have enough vibe. Hard Knock Days got me some vibe, but not enough as the old ones. It may have been the best they've made the last couple years.
Plus, after TB arc both openings and episode animation got too colorful like a child's draw and it pisses me off. I think it was about that time they changed the anime director.

Yasopp is really flashy actually so he's probably an ace sniper but couldn't take more hits than Usopp. The two times we've seen Beckmann wield his gun he 1) smacks a guy with it instead of firing and 2) brandishes it but doesnt fire
Roux straight up murdered that other bandit so it seems weird that Beckmann would just beat someone with his gun. Perhaps Kizaru knew Beckmann doesnt use his gun for the bullets

Dressrosa arc is as good as filler arc. Fights are super boring. All this holding back, we're watching hours of useless footage, not a single thing is revealed.
