Actually it's still day 2. I don't think the other days will be as long, but Bleach may take two or three years.
In 20 years people will probably be fondly remembered, because in 20 years the series is (hopefully) finished and people don't have to wait every week for 17 pages and instead can read everything in one go. As long as Kubo gives us the 1000 year flashback, that explains the story behind Yhwach, the Quincy and the Soul King, makes the war more grey vs grey, answers most of the questions and gives us more of Giselle and Bambietta, it should be okay, not perfect, but not awefull either.
Maybe, as one of the last long-running shonen when everything gets replaced with 12 episodes long series
