I'm not sure I would like it better if moura is a better fighter, I gonna fault the somewhat lame fight sequences showing moura as shit as shit can be.
Bandai Visual should have just given this series to Sunrise Studio 8 instead or something unless they're tapped animating the new Accel World or something. Like this show seems like it'd be right up there alley and I virtually guarantee they manage to do more with it and in general good things seem to happen when a series has the Sunrise label.

The show is weird since it mixes too many different elements together. The SOL of earlier episodes and the current plot are so divorced that they would have been better off as two different shows. The CG animation isn't bad, but it clashes horribly since they mix between the not-so-great 2D scenes so often.
