Sodachi from Owarimonogatari
Hajime from Gatchaman
Mayu from Death Parade
Tatsumaki from OPM (I liked her in the comic already)
Touka from Tokyo Ghoul (I liked her in the original manga already)
And I have no problems with the girls with Iron Blooded Orphans.

+/- Sodachi - she kind of pales in comparison to other mono girls imo. Her design is rather uninspired too.
