Maybe I'm just being biased but a lot of the mangas I've liked had great ost in their adaptations.
And at the end of the day there's either a 50% chance to get a good ost which I'll enjoy, or 50% chance to get a bad one which I'll just ignore, so no loss on my part. However with no anime there's a 0% chance for good ost.

That said I'd wager Spirit Circle might get an announcement in the next year or so. It has just enough content to fit inside a 2 cour series and it's definitely more popular than biscuit hammer was.
