I dunno how seriously these spoilers should be taken. Apparently, Kamisato wins, but he's bloodied up by the end, whereas Touma loses but is no worse for the wear. So according to this, Touma completely fucks Kamisato's shit up without taking any significant injuries himself, but he still ends up losing?
That doesn't really make much sense considering this is Touma we're talking about. Since when has he ever hurt someone to the point where they're bloodied up by the end? The worst that happens is a nosebleed or something. He'd normally stop before things escalated too far.
