So here's my idea for Nisekoi's end. Part 1 cause it's long:
>Raku will start dating Onodera
>Chitoge will pretend to be happy for them while hiding her depression
>She will internally resign herself to leaving Japan after graduation (as was hinted at already)
>Raku and Onodera will be a happy couple for the most part
>However Raku will often ponder what Shuu said about making a mistake, but try to ignore it
>Over time Raku realizes he’s not fully invested in his relationship as he comes to understand his feelings for Chitoge
>Onodera will come to see what is going on as well
>Graduation party comes along
>Chitoge can’t attend because her flight to the US leaves during the festivities
>Onodera and Raku are sitting together and Raku seems aloof
>He keeps thinking about Chitoge leaving and how he wants to stop her
>Eventually he makes his decision and tells Onodera he needs to tell her something
>She knows what he wants to say
>Raku says he’s sorry and leaves the party
>While running/biking/whatever to the airport, something happens that causes the locket to break
>Inside are two engagement rings and the final page of the story book
>Seeing these causes all the memories to flood back to him
>He makes it to the airport and sees Chitoge from beyond the fence
>He folds the page into a paper airplane and throws it
>It somehow gets to Chitoge
>When she unfolds it, she also remembers and gets emotional (just like the one shot)
>Raku climbs the fence and runs to her plane on the airstrip where he is again confronted like Claude
>They fight, Raku wins
>Raku and Chitoge confess/propose/whatever

>The shenanigans continue and Raku and Onodera share a glance and a smile
>Final panel is a view of the sky with the word “Fin?”
I think this would pretty much be the perfect end for Nisekoi.
I know it’s it’s little more than “nice fanfic, faggot” and it’s a Chitoge end, but that’s really what’s been being built up to since the start, and this would add more of a serious element, what with there being a break-up of sorts while still maintaining the characters’ personalities and the series’s tone.
