It was a fun little Ecchi. Not every anime is or should be a mind blowing masterpiece. Some can be fun and just that. Not deep or life changing.
And yes it had animation flaws, but I've watched plenty of anime that looked good or were animated good but were boring as fuck.

It looked pretty great but then the anime itself was horrible.
