Saw movieMirai is the real deal.Akky is kinda a dick in the movie because even through mirai gets attacked several times he still refuses to tell her anything even after she begs him,too. He responds by telling her it's none of her business so she gets pissed off and stabs him like she did when they first met.I lied about a few things in that summary just so you know.

Is this actually watchable? The TV series was a horrible pile of shit.

Watch the recap movie, seriously. It's not very complete because of time limits, but it's arranged differently than the TV series and it will probably make you appreciate the story more. If you already watched the TV show, you'll understand the things that were left of in the movie so there's no problem.
As for the sequel movie, it only came out today and we're still waiting for BD, I personally don't know if release date has even been announced, or if it was sold in-theater like the recap-
