It's not particularly good. Although the bouncing tits and ED might keep you watching for smidgeon of time, the rest is boring. It's somewhat trippy and the incessant use of technobabble for the sake of describing basic things gets somewhat grating.It was fun to watch the dub however.

Windy Tales, definitely. Although I chalk that up to the nature of the show. There's not much to discuss since it's just a mellow slice-of-life series with some supernatural elements, but it sure does it well. Really nice and relaxing to watch.

I saw some guys post Strange Dawn in a nostalgia thread last week - there's definitely been a few people who've posted it in 'anime nobody else has seen' threads in the past few years, but if you're one of the people who only saw it as a young teen, I'd really recommend giving it another look. I don't know if the original one was ever dubbed. Maybe a small portion of it exists and not the majority. A lot of old anime was lost, most pre-1930s is gone as far as I know, and early TV series were neglected too, even Astro Boy has a few episodes that are lost as of now. I have the Big X DVD box and it's episodes 1 and 2 and then the last 1 or 2 cours of the series. Everything between that is gone (or at least was when that box set was released).

Anime-MX has a dual audio release, though I'm certain it's widely available with other releases that are only Japanese/subbed.
The sequel, Misaki Chronicles, is likely only available in Japanese.

Green Green subbed is mediocre. I would actually recommend watching it dubbed just for how ridiculously idiotic it becomes, to the point where it's laughable. Then again, the characters will all seem completely different when you end up watching the 13th episode subbed.
