I can find many flaws with that image. Those legs look monstrous. The pose is awkward. There's some kind of depth of field being attempted, but it's inconsistent. At least the face is well done. It seems like the artist tried to experiment with more than they're capable of, and it just came out looking sloppy. There are parts that look nice, but as a whole the image is ugly.
